There are so many levels and depths to a person then accepting the common assumptions. YES!! if an opinion or perspective is given, give it the proper thought and analyzation to see how it does or does not apply to your life. Do this in wisdom, in God's wisdom, take it into prayer, but just don't immediately accept a negative anecdote about your character so quickly, take the proper process. Praying this blesses you.
